Welcome to Sensual Massage. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of sensualadultmassage.com (the "Website") and to every booking you make with us. By using the Website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Sensual Massage connects clients with professional massage therapists who come to your home, hotel or office. All sessions are professional, therapeutic and strictly non-sexual, as described in our Service Boundaries & Safety Policy.
Who can book
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The information you give us (name, phone number, email address and service address) must be true and complete.
- You are responsible for every booking made with your details or from your account.
Bookings
- When you tap "Review booking", your booking is saved in My bookings as "waiting for payment". The time is not reserved until you submit your booking.
- Where payment is required, your booking is confirmed after our team verifies your payment. We confirm bookings as quickly as possible.
- If your therapist becomes unavailable, we will offer you another time or therapist, or a full refund.
- Because of travel, your therapist may arrive up to 15 minutes before or after the booked time. You always receive your full session time.
Prices, extras and discounts
- Prices are shown on the Website for each therapist, service and duration. Extra services you add are included in your total.
- Promo codes and special offers are valid only while they are active and under their stated conditions. One promo code per booking. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We may change prices and offers at any time. The price shown when you submit your booking is the price for that booking.
Payment
- Depending on our current settings, you pay the full amount or a 30% deposit when you book, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout.
- After paying, you upload a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Our billing team verifies every payment before the booking is confirmed.
- Any remaining balance is due at the end of your session. Tips are optional and go to your therapist.
- Submitting a fake, edited or someone else's payment confirmation is fraud. The booking will be cancelled and the matter may be reported.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, rescheduling, late cancellations, no-shows and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your account
When you book, we create a customer account with your email address so your bookings stay together, and you stay signed in on that device. To sign in on another device, use "Forgot password" to set a password. Please keep your device and password secure. We may close accounts that break these Terms.
Conduct and safety
You agree to follow our Service Boundaries & Safety Policy. We may refuse, end or cancel any session, without a refund, if a client behaves inappropriately, asks for sexual services or puts a therapist's safety at risk.
Reviews and content
Reviews and messages must be honest, respectful and lawful. We may remove reviews or content that break these rules. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on the Website.
Health
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. Tell your therapist about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before your session, and ask your doctor if you are unsure whether massage is right for you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensual Massage is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your session takes place and the applicable laws of the United States. Before taking any legal action, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the Website when you submit a booking applies to that booking.
