Information we collect
- Booking details — your name, phone number, email address, service address (home, hotel or office), the therapist, service, extras, date and time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Payment information — the payment method you choose, the payer name, tag, email or phone number you enter, and the screenshot of your payment confirmation that you upload. Card and app payments are processed by the payment provider you choose; we never see or store your full card number.
- Account information — when you book, we create a customer account with the email address you provide so your bookings stay in one place. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google.
- Messages and reviews — the messages and photos you send us in Live Chat and the reviews you post.
- Device and usage information — your browser stores a few small items (for example your chat, pending bookings and preferences) so the Website works for you. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, your device type and approximate location.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm and deliver your massage, and to give your therapist the details needed for your session (your name, service address, date, time and notes).
- To verify payments, issue refunds and prevent fraud.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders and service messages, and to reply to your messages.
- To keep clients and therapists safe and to enforce our Terms & Conditions and Service Boundaries & Safety Policy.
- To understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
- Your therapist — only what is needed to provide your session.
- Service providers that operate the Website for us: Google Firebase (database and secure sign-in), Cloudflare (website delivery and security), Google Analytics (website statistics), our email provider (booking emails) and the payment provider you choose. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, or when needed to protect the safety of a client, a therapist or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Bookings that are still waiting for payment can be removed by you at any time in My bookings. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.
Your choices and rights
- See your bookings at any time in My bookings on the Website.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
- Block or delete cookies and website storage in your browser settings. Some features, such as pending bookings and Live Chat, may then stop working.
- California and other US state residents may have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Contact us at [email protected] to make a request.
Security
Your information is stored with Google Firebase and protected by strict access rules, so only you and our authorized team can see your bookings. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Adults only
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
