We know plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds work for every booking made on sensualadultmassage.com.
Free cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your session start time and it costs you nothing. Any payment or deposit is refunded in full, or moved to your new time if you prefer.
- To cancel or reschedule, message us in Live Chat, email [email protected] or call +1 (606) 205-3080, and include your booking reference (for example SM-ABC123).
Late cancellations
- If you cancel less than 12 hours before your session, a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total applies. Anything you paid above that fee is refunded.
- A change requested less than 12 hours before your session is treated as a late cancellation, unless we can move your booking to another time that suits your therapist.
No-shows
If your therapist arrives at the booked address and time but cannot reach you, or the session cannot start within 15 minutes, the booking counts as a no-show and the full booking total is charged.
Sessions ended for safety reasons
If a session is ended because of a breach of our Service Boundaries & Safety Policy — for example inappropriate behavior or a request for sexual services — no refund is given.
If we need to cancel
If we or your therapist must cancel, you can choose a new time, another therapist, or a full refund.
Bookings waiting for payment
A booking that is still "waiting for payment" is not confirmed and costs nothing. You can remove it at any time in My bookings.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds are sent back to the payment method you used.
- We send approved refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or payment app, it can take up to 5–10 business days to appear.
- Promo-code discounts and special offers are not refunded as cash.
